Does anyone have the handsome K-Line UP F3 set that was among their late production runs? I followed one on Bay for awhile but it was more than I wanted to pay for the old technology. Their detail and color was beautiful however with side-view mirrors and multiple grab irons.
I recently picked up the Lionel ABA set from 2005 here on the Forum and although they are nicely detailed (no side mirrors though) the yellow is very muted and dull compared to other UP diesels I have. Even the Legacy UP PAs' from several years ago have much richer color than these.I just took this quick pic with my iPhone and the image looks better than the locomotive does here behind me in person!
If you have the K-Lines and could post a few good shots I would appreciate them. Thanks.
