I have a plug-n-play Lionel Santa Tracker Tower, 2029210. I use a Single Plug-N-Play Connector, 6-81317. This piece of track will activate the motion on the Santa Tracker when the train crosses over this track. There are two operations that are suppose to activate. The light in the tower comes on and the two men in the tower are suppose to rotate. When the train activates the tower only the light comes on and stays on until the last car clears the connector. The two men in the top of the tower fail to move around the tower when the train activates the lights. The men do move around when I manually use the remote control box for the tower. Lionel tells me both are suppose to work and that I might have a power issue. When the train is running on the layout away from the tower and I use the remote control box to activate the tower both the light turns on and the men rotate, so it does not seem to be a power issue. Any thoughts?
