Well I could not agree with you more, Mike and Brian could not have been nicer to me when I was there with a Legacy engine. They really have the best service in the industry. My T-1 was fixed and test run in less than one hour. I know I am very lucky to live close to the service center. I am always concerned when I have to ship any engine UPS, Fed-ex, or USPS. Even when insured it doesn't matter. I see how some guys who work for these companies throw the boxes around
. When UPS delivered my Lionel Dreyfuss Hudson which was brand new in its shipping carton it had a big gash in the side of the shipping box. I was lucky the engine was not damaged, but of course the inner box was.
