Lionel signal tower #153 parts and paint

I need some parts for the #153 signal tower. I have several in mediocre condition.

Several Electrical terminals are missing. Who sells them?

I intend to buy the green and orange paint at York. Any paint available locally for the silver tower? Are the signal heads painted flat black?
