I have a Lionel 6-32961 UFO Cafe and the flashing lights on the bottom work but there are no lights in the upper cafe part. Are they supposed to be lit? Lionel does not even list this accessory on their web site. Any info would be helpful, Thanks.

I just used Google. Not sure but best of luck. I have this accessory and I love it. I picked up the HindenBurger last year at York to go with it.
