Actually, UP, PRR, and Reading all got delayed, it seems Lionel ran out of cameras. 
Following some of the comments on this Cupola Camera Caboose is there anything special required to use this caboose. I am running strictly DCS will it still work and what do you need to view the video?

RJT, it basically will only work in a command control environment, if you drop below 12volts it shuts down and has to be restarted.
You need either to download the included software to a computer, download the APP from Apple or Phone store to a tablet or smart phone, you connect to the onboard wifi through the app, it really is neat and can make some great videos.
