I have a Lionel ZW-C transformer that I was planning to use for lighting power. I get no voltage out of any of the channels. I have two 180w bricks that are putting out 18.3 volts each, so they are good.
The handle gears were slipping so I set the handle gears to off and reset the pot gears to the off position. Still no output voltage. I tried resetting the pots back down to zero volts by holding the reset button in then powering up the "A" brick. When I do this the green light comes on then the red light comes on but it does not flash 5 times.
Anything else I'm missing before I assume the unit is dead?
