Loading into my DCS

I have had my DCS for some time without any issues but yesterday I wanted to load a loco into my system and was unable to, Not only that I was unable to load any loco into my system. I shut it down waited and restarted it without any luck, I have the wifi system and it would say I had one of my programed locos on the track them you could not get it to move it would show inactive the I would refresh then it would show active then when I try to move it out nothing, Then when I could move it out no sound, Can anyone tell me what's happing
