Have been looking for quite a while both here and google. I have need for a Lionel parts diagram/list. I can’t even find parts without these numbers. Haven’t seen anything anywhere. It’s for my personal use. Does anyone have doc copies for the 150 series. Willing to pay if necessary. Have an immediate need and don’t yet know every part I might need to buy. Just retired and starting in the hobby.

thanks for any replies.

James,

I just scanned quickly through my copy, looking for Model 150.  It's there but being an early model there is neither an exploded diagram nor a dedicated parts list.

What you find are Lionel's master parts lists, covering all models, by year.  In them are line items that apply to the 150.  (In other words you have to do a manual search through an entire master list, one line at a time, in order to find the parts that specifically apply to the 150.

However, there are other sources other Greenberg, and the folks responsible for these (ttender.com is one of them) may have gone through the extra trouble of generating a detailed and dedicated 150 parts list from the master list at a more recent point in time.

I can't find any.

So, you may have trouble finding a concise summary of what parts make up a 150.  The parts appear to be available, just not summarized concisely.

You've come to the right place though.  There are folks in this forum who know the details, even if those details are not written down for convenient access.

Any comments from our experts?

Mike

BTW - thanks for all the replies. Not as easy to find as postwar docs. I did order the $20 CD referenced above.
I like to have everything available before I start looking at something I know nothing about. All of you have pointed me indirections I hadn’t found on my own. I am grateful. Keep the coming. Going from no knowledge to some is a hard.

Have found this for the other prewar I have. Was thinking somewhere there must be one for other models of the same era.

Yes.  This exactly the kind of thing I'm talking about.  It appears to be constructed from earlier data, but at a later date.

Bravo to Olsen's, for the 264E at least.

The biggest problem coming out of this, of course, is that Olsen's has apparently shut down in the recent past and neither this 264E parts list, nor any others, are presently accessible from them.

Have items coming as per suggestions. Also watched a few YouTube videos. Going to just start digging in. As suggested if I see something that needs replaced I will post a pic as suggested.
I’m old and used to hoarding up documents on items of interest. When I couldn’t even find anything on google it occurred to me if it’s not out there to find the knowledge dies with us.
