Looking for pics of MTH Bulkhead Flat

Im looking for some pics of the bottom of a bulkhead flat by MTH. I bought some prototype shells and just need to know how the trucks & couplers got mounted & any detail etc. The shell is aprox 13.25" long 2.75" wide Thanks
