I am looking for someone to do Aliens for me. I would need about 25 of the little green Martian Area 51 type. These are with the bigger heads, black eyes, and skinny bodies. there is a company called "Shapeways" that does 3d printing for customers. I think they will also do or help do the model file.
I think the real work with 3D printing is creating the model file. You need a type of CAD-CAM software for that and the expertise to use it.
If you have a model file of your item, most anyone with a 3D can print it. Remember, the materials for #D printing are not cheap, so 25 of them would entail a cost.
By the way Shapeways does have a library of items that they have priinted, there is a chance you could find something there that meets you needs.

I have used Shapeways for several things and I'm happy with the results. In addition, Alan Nelson ("AlanRail" on the OGR Forums) does some very nice 3D printing and the pieces he did for me were perfect. You might want to message him about your needs.
