after giving trainworld some of my hard earned money for 5 fire trucks. I need to build some two bay firehouses. Any one know of a good place to start as far as a kit, or modular wall mix and match.

DSL Shops makes a nice firehouse
Twin Whistle also makes a very nice house.
Don't forget Ameri-Towne Fire station http://ogaugerr.com/railroad/p...5&products_id=59
Two kits would make a 12" x 12" station. Depends on the look and era you want.

I agree with Bluelinc4, DSL makes some of the best. They are from the old molds of B/J Traction. Easy to make sides if you want a full house. Don

I am going to have to scratchbuild a model of the Georgetown, Colo. one bay (may
enlarge to two) firehouse with hose drying tower. There are HO kits of drying tower
houses but none I know of in O scale.
where can I find this DSL firehouse.
Why not kit bash two Ameritowne fire station kits?
where can I find this DSL firehouse.
Try Valley Model Trains
Go to DSL Shops also try Twin Whistle Sign & Kit Co.
Be aware of the scale also. Corgi 1/50 trucks are O scale and Twin Whistle has some O scale Firehouse kits. DSL has only a O SCale Chicago Single Stall Firehouse front.
The one pictured is S Scale

Very nice Pete! Interesting Kitbash of that Dinner on the rooftop of that building too!
thanks mark, it's up there because some of the engines on the inside track catch it and try to make it a rolling diner.
