Over the past couple of weeks I have been losing my ability to open the forum from my desk top icon. After so many times of using it stops opening. I then have to go to goggle and download it. Then after a period of time I have to repeat the process. This problem is only with the O gauge Icon. None of my other icons are doing this. Has anyone else experienced this. Any help is greatly appreciated............Paul

Google has nothing to do with a forum desktop icon. I have no idea what you might be "downloading" from Google, but that's not where you get the information about a desktop icon this forum.
Just go to the OGR Forum Home Page , BOOKMARK it and save the Bookmark to the desktop. That's all you need to do. If your computer is not saving the data associated with the icon, you may have something set in your browser that is trashing that login info when you close it.
Thanks for the help Rich. I did not describe my problem right. I had O gauge page on my desk top. What happened was after so many times opening the Icon it stopped opening so I went to goggle to get the O gauge site again and would add it to my desktop again. I just did what you said to do so hopefully that will take care of this hiccup for me. Thanks again Rich..........................Paul
