I have a dim memory that some years ago (maybe mid-2000s) Atlas actually did do a special run of those for one of their dealers, though I don't now recall which dealer or whether two-rail models were included. You might check on the Atlas website and see what you can learn. I think if you click "New Products" it will take you to a menu that includes all past dealer special runs. Additionally, in the past, Atlas has been willing to send email blasts to their dealers to try to find an item. You might email Jerry Kimble at Atlas to see if he can help.

The picture of the LIRR RS3 seems to be wrong..I don't ever remember a red/white/blue RS3.
