Many of you already know Lou from his "Underground Railroad Shop" in New Castle, PA and from his "Views From the Underground" column in the "other" magazine. I have just finished Lou's new book, "I Never Met a Train I Didn't Like", which is a compilation of his essays on ALL aspects of toy train collecting. I have spoken with Lou on the phone and he is a knowledgeable and affable chap regarding our wonderful hobby. Tom McComas also did an amusing DVD regarding Mr. Palumbo and his friendly train store.

I would highly recommend Lou's book and the TM video to anyone interested in our hobby and WHY we are so passionate about these amazing toys and models!

Lou is truly "philosopher and ambassador extraordinaire" for the toy train enthusiast, whether they be neophytes or seasoned veterans!
