Make a DC-3 Car into a Track Cleaner?

I do not have an MTH DC-3 Rail Inspection Car. I am wondering if anyone has every converted one into a track cleaning car? Having never seen one, it looks like there are 3 "rail inspection" trucks in the center that could be used to clean the track. If anyone would care to post pics of the underside I would appreciate it.
