Brad,
Well, I've done my part. Airline tickets, hotel, and tables (four of them) paid for.
I can't imagine why someone would stay at a different hotel. Guess it takes all kinds.

Staying at the host hotel does make things very convenient for attendees.
Got my train tickets and hotel reservation. I think my registration from 2020 was flipped forward.
Would love to get up there, I have a few doors that need stops to keep them open....
Driving in on Wednesday from Sioux City.

After taking only one trip the past couple of years this is appealing. Live just outside NYC so the Lake Shore would work well. Having been involved with running non-profit conventions I would always stay a the host hotel.
Only concern is what the state of the virus will be.
Maybe I should make the hotel/show reservation now and just see what happens.
Westin confirmed my room reservation.

I went to Chicago last year and Denver for the O Scale National as well. After that, I went to Antonito to ride the Cumbres and Toltec with NO problems and was 72 years. I am going there in "March" as well as the NMRA show in St. Louis in August.

Carey,
Nice that you are allowing attendees to visit your layout. If I lived closer, I would have attended just to see the many rail "Wonders" you have found over the years.

Definitely going to try and make it up there for the show Hoping there will be a ready supply of doorstop stuff this year . And hopefully, to see Carey's museum as well!
I am definitely going to try and make it this year...
