T-o-u-g-h car to find - they turn up far less than the B&M (which seems to be the most common of the 3 scale tin flatcars Marx made), NKP is also pretty easy to find, but for some reason the C&O is far less common. Ignore the price guides that show them as roughly equal in value - you're looking at around $80 or so for a super clean one. They do show up on Ebay, but you'll have to be patient. It took me nearly a year to track down the scale and high type truck C&O flats on Ebay when I started buying Marx 3/16ths cars in the late 90s. Watch for the boxes under the tables at shows - some folks still look at Marx and think "junk" - I got a red end/frame PFE reefer for a dollar at our local show.
