Everyone’s PULLMAN green is slightly different. My go to for any passenger car green is Mission Models Paint. Plenty of shades of greens. The Russian Dark Olive is a good starting point. You can usually doctor it with a touch of black to go darker or a lighter green to lighten it up. Seems to dry close to what it looks like in the mixing cup. Pretty forgiving Acrylic to spray. I seem to get consistent results and use it for weathering.
You can find plenty of how to spray tutorials on line as well as a color chart.
Valspar(available at ACE Hardware) Olive Suede 6010-3. A Forum Search using PULLMAN GREEN ought to yield an 8/8/21 thread you may find useful.

I agree with Lou. Tamiya olive drab is just about a perfect match for Atlas cars.
Like Dave C says, lots of Pullman greens out there but none I have found matches anyone elses Pullman green including the factory colors.
