I have a Menard's Starbucks coffee shop that is quite nice but there must be a hundred LED's and it looks about 10 times brighter that any other lighted building on the layout!
Is there any way to reduce the brightness of the LED's on this building?
I appreciate any help with this issue because if it cannot be reduced, I will either have to leave it dark or just take it off the layout.

People have used translucent yellow/amber paint on the the led to soften the brightness
I had the same issue with some of my Menards buildings years ago. A search will bring you the results you’re looking for. Here’s a thread I posted back in ‘17, that will get you started in the right direction I think.
I would just use a resistor in one of the leads to the building. Start with 1000 ohms, then increase or decrease until you get the brightness you like
