I need to contact them via telephone. I just bought their Cripple Creed Lumber yard....The lights (LEDs) don't work. Can anyone give me their phone #, so I can contact them re: returns?

Menards is a Forum Sponsor, thus you can find them on the alphabetical listing "OGR Forum Sponsor Index", above. Then there is always Google.

I don’t believe there is a phone number. You have to use the form on their website to initiate a return.
I have bought many Train Products from Menards. If the lights do not work on your Lumber Yard, take it back to Menards for an exchange. Make sure you take your cash register slip with you. BTW, if you paid for the Lumber Yard via a Charge Card, you can look up on a Computer at Menards and print a duplicate copy of your receipt. Ii you paid by cash, you will have to have that register receipt. The Computer that can print your duplicate receipt is near the Return Dept at Menards. Lesson learned is never pay by cash at Menards. Menards are good people and they will help you in securing a New Lumber Yard. Sincerely yours, railbear601
Forget the Menards web site for customer service help. If they reply to you at all, it won’t be any time soon. Maybe you can catch Mark Menards guys attention here? Return it to a store for refund and buy another.
I agree, SJ. I gave up!

I’ve always had great luck after sending an email. I realize that online customer service is closed on weekends and gets very busy, but they’ve always responded within a few days with the perfect solution.
If I can send an email and have the issue resolved in a few days without having to speak to anyone or do anything I’m satisfied.

Yes, use this email address. "Ray " will get back to you asap..Bob
In my experience the customer service is lacking. If Bob, “Ray”(?), or anyone else at Menards feels like proving me wrong, my service request number 1034965 has still gone unanswered since May 27, 2020.
