i heard both pro & con so I decided to order one. It came with one wheel truck off just a pop rivet. I pop it back on but the car wobble so bad it derail. I heard they improve the wheel but l must have a old one. I knew it was not first class for the price but l expect more. Live & learn will try to return it.

Any time I have had any kind of problem with Menards, and there have been very few, customer service has been excellent! A real confidence booster when buying the products!
Menard's will jump at the chance to make you happy with your purchase, give them a chance. You bought a $20 boxcar, but they'll support it better than many manufacturers support their $80 boxcars if you let them. They're working hard to make a name for themselves, and it shows with the service.

You probably did get an older Box Car, let Menard's customer service take care of the problem they will definitely help you out. The newer Trucks on their rolling stock are one heck of lot better, than what was delivered to you. I have an entire US Army SF Train with their new rolling stock mixed in, after replacing the original Trucks on the Flat Car with Tank load 99% of everything I have purchased from them, runs perfect, and you can't bet the price, that is for darn sure.
The 3rd picture is of the new Menard's Copter Flat Car, on my inner 1st level loop of 031 RealTrax, she floats around the 031 curves, with no problems at all.
