STOPPED AT A MENARDS STORE A WHILE AGO AND FOUND THESE 2 NEW BUILDINGS. MUST SAY FOR THE PRICE A LOT OF DETAIL AND SIZE. THE PACKAGEING STATES 1/48TH AND THEY HAVE A PRETTY GOOD FOOTPRINT ALSO.
COST WAS $99.00 EA + TAX, BUT YOU GET FOR NOW A 11% REBATE SENT BACK AS A IN STORE GIFT CARD. THE DOOR COMPANY WAS SO NICE I WENT BACK AND PICKED UP A SECOND ONE. NEXT TO EACH OTHER MAKE A PRETTY INPRESSIVE DISPLAY. PIXS ENCLOSED HOPE YOU ENJOY AND CAN ADD THEM TO YOUR LAYOUT.

I'd really be interested in the door factory, maybe the 3 story store building, too. But there isn't a Menard's withing 100 miles of us and I'd hate to order one of these, sight unseen.

I ordered the "Camradere Bar" and it's nice also! They also have a "Menard's Store" with people that circle in and out of the building, but it's kinda poor quality. Mine was broken in a few places and even missing the sign on one spot, but for $50 I guess it was worth it.
i have all three of them ordered them online and had them shipped to me in deleware they look awsome nice addidition to my layout i did not know woodland senics did the factory and the three story building

Paul, I have seen them as well and I don't think you would be disappointed. JMHO.
I only wish I had got the Cycle shop last year when it was out.
I agree with KRM. I have the bar and door factory - Purchased directly from the Menards warehouse. Was so impressed, I ordered the department store yesterday. The discount doesn't work unless it's in store, but they are on sale on the website for $20.00 off the normal price. Terry
