Do the corner stirrups properly clear the trucks in (say, 036) curves now? I understand a few have had issues with truck swing on these.

I ran these on 031 curves for several hours and I didn't  have  any problems. 

By "these" I should have explicitly referred to the earlier runs (of which I have a couple of examples, but have not run them yet, and they'll likely only see 072 for the time being). Good to know the current ones run well on 031.

What color would you say the Penn Central hopper is? Jade green or would you say it has a touch of blue?

Its the  same color as the Penn Central Box Car

Another nice set of hoppers! I know this came up on another thread, but I too hope Menards will eventually release a vintage prairie grain elevator like Lionel 6-12726 to compliment these hoppers.  How about it Mark?

Jim:  like you, I kinda think the Penn Central is more on the baby blue side that it is PC green.  I though the same of the boxcar.

Good looking hoppers!

Ordered a 6 pack of the KCS hoppers yesterday!! Always a great looking paint scheme.

Very nice but I wish they would use older logos.  Just my taste.  

Very nice looking hoppers, are they sized like O 27 or are the sizes more like scale?

Ray, 0-27 just like Lionels from the 70's / 80's. Great value on these cars!
