In January I purchased by mail order the Track Inspection Set from Menards which consists of a radio controlled truck and one that just runs by itself. Didn't have a chance to use it until two weeks ago. The remote truck ran for about 20 minutes and stopped. New batteries didn't help so I contacted Menards customer service. Yesterday I received an email from Ray in Guest Services apologizing for the failure and will be sending me a new truck and remote. He said to keep the original truck and remote.

Great service from Menards, thanks Ray.
