Atlas 6999 Turntable Question

I'm nearing completion on my Korber 320 RH, next step is to pair it with the Atlas TT. I'd like to paint the TT (rattle can paints to better simulate concrete) before I install it. The obvious stating point is to remove the screw in the center of the bridge. Before I attempt to disassemble the TT, is there any "gotchas" I should be aware of? I want to be sure I can get it all back together when the time comes!
