The Menard's store in Jefferson City, Mo still has all three Woodland scence buildings in stock, I picked up one at $70.00, with an 11% dicount on everything in the store. The discount is in the form of a rebate, so mail it in and another $7 something dollars off. Through Feb 2.

No luck on their web site. Searched under Collectables and only a few porcelain buildings came up.
