Atlas Metro North Comet Cars

Can someone clarify a couple of things for me?

1. Have  Atlas  Metro North Comet II cars been released yet?   I saw them in a catalog a couple of yers ago when Atlas announced the Metro North F40PH....Have they come and gone already?   Are they sold individually  or in a  set?

2. Has the Atlas Metro North Comet II Cab been released  yet?

3. Has the Atlas Metro North F40PH been released yet?
