I just received a Micro Drill Bit set without instructions. Does anyone know how to put the bit into the drill? Do you force the bit into the plastic piece inside the drill? Thanks for the help!

Not knowing the style of your pin vise, I'll throw this out there. If you'll unscrew the collar a little bit. You should see the nylon jaws open enough to insert the drill bit. Re-tighten collar and you should be ready to go.
