As anyone who has been around the forum for very long, I've heard the wonderful stories of Midge at MTH parts. As it happened, and for the first time, there were a couple of parts I wanted to order from MTH, but when I called over the past couple of weeks, and was connected to her extension, voice mail told me of a family medical emergency requiring her to be out of the office, but to leave a message.
That happened a few times times over the last two weeks; and, this a.m. I received a call back from her. Sadly, her mother passed away on Dec. 31, and she was now getting to her call backs.
Frankly, I never thought I'd get a call back from someone away from the job for a month. But, she called me back and I placed my order for $6.00 in parts and $9.50 S&H.
Midge is back; she's making her call backs; and, if you know her or don't, you can express your condolences.
