I normally don't model Milwaukee Road. But I wonder if they had either E8's or E9's. If so, are there any decals in O gauge? I have looked at Microscale and could not find any. I would prefer the non-yellow UP scheme if that would be correct for the Milwaukee Road.
I can find images of E7's in gray and orange and the maroon and orange scheme., but no E8/9's.

You won't. Milwaukee Road bought E9's for overland passenger service when Union Pacific switched the Omaha-Chicago connection for the passenger trains from Chicago & North Western to Milwaukee Road. The units were delivered in yellow, to match the trains. Then, they bought a second order of E9's with head-end power for suburban Chicago service, a few years later. These also wore yellow.
