Modeling the Siemens KWUX 102 schnabel railcar in o scale

The Siemens KWUX 102 (was WECX 102) is a 22-axle Schnabel car having a capacity of 1,212,000 pounds.
KWUX 102 (Formerly WECX 102)
This twenty two axle Schnabel car was originally owned by Westinghouse. This car, still in service and is used to deliver generators. It is now owned by Siemens Westinghouse, and based in Hamilton, Ontario. It is almost identical to the WECX 101, but slightly larger. This car was built for Westinghouse by McDowell- Wellman Engineering Company.
