I have acquired three of the modern fire car and instruction car sets from 1998. 1 new unopened in the box. 2 with broken number mounting hardware. (The plastic fast clips pull away the small amount of plastic in the hole drilled in the body) when remove the bumper for shell removal) I was able to repair these...I used a large door guided and cut it down and super glued it in place. ( inner body) I then took a thing piece of blacken styrene and use plastic welding cement to hold it. I then used 2 Phillips ..in the holes for each side . Drilled holes in door guides first. Then cut the screws down. The frame goes in a little tight...but, the repair works fantastic.. I will take a picture later.
now, what causes all the motor growl in these units. Better running backwards then toward...
set screw has been set multiple times. Worm gear changed?
