Modified Santa Car with Lionel Trucks.. | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

I had this 1993 Toy State Operating Santa car Since 1993 (new) Always LOVED it and had many smiles and fun with my girls Now I have a granddaughter and she loves Lionel as me! I wanted to put this and the other Lionel under the tree... I just could not see using tape to make it work ..I ended up modifying the rear truck so the (Red) wheel would not hit then I used a newer plastic trucks and only had to drill on the side for the wheel armature..

Unbolt the screws form the old truck snap in the new and It worked! lots of enjoyment seeing on the christmas layout... DANiel
