Finally opened up my package of this laser cut railing, and see that the mounting posts don't extend any further than the other posts making this a bit tricky to mount. I have a few ideas on how to accomplish this, but if any of you have used this in the past, would you mind sharing your techniques?

Are the mounting posts large enough to drill a small hole and glue a straight pin in the hole?

Luckily when I used mine on my old layout it was between tracks in ballast or in areas which were gravel. I just used the ballast or gravel to anchor them in place (once glued). I did have to remove ballast already in place and reapply in some areas. It wasn't too much of an inconvenience.

Extend the posts using small plastic tubing or swizwel sticks. Paint them black. they should look like concrete bases or pipes supporting the posts into the ground.
Jim has your answer, especially if you want the center of the fencing to be off the ground.

You would think Atlas would supply pipes to support those FLIMSY fences...
