Team,

Got my new MTH 20-3797-1 Cab 765 Berkshire on Friday. It seems to run perfectly, but I cannot get any sound from the engine. I have reset the engine using the factory and feature resets. Short of taking the tender apart are their any alternatives?

I looked for the sound files on the MTH website, no sound files are posted. Anyone have a new 20-3797-1 that can / is willing to download the sound file and share it with me. It would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance.

Team,

Thanks for the response. Sorry for the delay in getting back to you all.

Alan - Yes, did the feature and factory resets multiple times.

Allan - 20-3598-1, is a O Scale Premier 0-4-0 A-5 Switcher Steam Engine, not a Berkshire so your number maybe wrong. 20-3798 - no sound files posted and that is the 2 Rail version.

Bruce - Don't have the test tool / assembly.

GGG - My next step is to take it apart as see if there is a loose connection. Thanks for the wiring tip.

Thanks again for all the input
