might be a voltage regulator failed and the voltage went to high and blew all thee lights out at the same time! very unlikely but always a possibility.  you could try the lights again but put a vom volt ohm meter where ant of the light attach and read the actual voltage is when powered up if you read say 6 vdc and it has a six volt light and its not lit the lamps could be burnt out. regulator's do fail especially if you have had a track short and the spike blows the regulator so the voltage goes to high a voltage.  just a thought! warning if you do try and test your voltage on lamp involved do not go from chassis ground only go across the light wires directly on light harness or right at the bulb or socket to read voltage! otherwise you can damage board.
