hello
I have a mth blue comet engine I need to replace the wick what's the best wick to buy and where and can you use the same wick in lionel engines

I buy tiki torch wick in the two packs at Lowe's for I think $2 a pack. I take a pair of pliers and rip out the fiberglass inner wick from the thick unusable shell. It's pretty much the same as Mth fiberglass wick. It works just as well in my experience. (Much cheaper and more of it too)
The MTH wicks are the OEM and the best!
