MTH accessory bulb replacement | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

I have numerous MTH 30-1033 No. 64 street lamps that use an 18V screw base tear drop bulb. I need to buy several replacements. When I use the MTH parts site, it gives me a bulb number CI0000004 as a replacement. While it looks the same the site list it as a 12V bulb.

- Do you think that is an error? I tried calling MTH, but couldn't get through.

- Can I use a Lionel version for the No.64 lamp? There's list as 18V.

-Is there an LED equivalent that has the tear drop shape?

I don't believe anyone makes the tear drop shape lamp post bulbs in LEDs. Here is a good place to find other replacement LEDs.

Yes, but the #452 lamp needed is E-5 Base, not E-10. The Lionel incandescent should work fine.
