I am having car wash issues. The lights work fine but the car wash does not activate/start. I have triple checked wiring and all connections are fine. I don't see any mention of fuses in the manual so I suspect that this is an electronic issue. Anyone have any experience with this? Thanks, Paul

There is a large driving gear system with a lot of mechanical switches. Each switch is a condition that must be met for the cycle to move onto the next thing. It maybe as simple as a switch contactor not correct. It is pretty simple inside.
Mine had a problem with the main disc not spinning freely. It caused it to bind and the machine would not work. I believe over time something had warped. I filed, sanded, and polished stuff down until I got a smooth, freewheeling surface and the car wash has worked fine ever since.
Could be a limit switch or a bad board. Is it all set in the start position? G
I meant to say belt drive system.
Have you sent G an email or is this working now?
G, I did send you an email. It is "apart" at the moment. I think I need to move the chin to the start position but am not sure where that is. Thanks, Paul
Where the car would be at start in front of the unit. Moves to the garage door after start. G
