MTH Christmas Tree (30-11088) and Thomas Kinkade's Illuminated "Village Christmas" Collection

I have a subscription to the Bradford Exchange's Thomas Kinkade's Illuminated "Village Christmas" Collection. The buildings are approx 6 to 6.5 inches tall. Looking for some lighted Christmas trees to add to the village. Came across the MTH Christmas Tree (30-11088) which is just under 8"/

Anyone else used this combination?
