Help! I purchased a new DCS WIFI system 50-1036 on 9/2020 and when it arrived it didn't work. I contacted MTH and returned it for repairs. It was repaired and returned 12/2020. I don't have a designated layout yet and the system has been used 4-8 times at short intervals. It stopped working 8/2021 and I completed the online format to request assistance and emailed it to MTH and haven't received a response. I have called numerous times but the system does not allow me to speak to anyone unless I have an extension number. My 1 year warranty is expiring in 10 days. Any suggestions on what I can do would be greatly appreciated.

With MTH moving and the service dept not open yet you will not likely talk to anyone. I'm sure when MTH reopens and if your unit is a little out of warranty, they realize the situation and will take care of you, fret not.

Where dd you send your letter? I don't know if 7020 Columbia Parkway is a good address anymore.
