MTH F3 tire question?

I have pretty much decided to use the silicone/bullfrog snot method of replacing traction tires. However when I already own the tires and access to the wheel is easy, I will put a new tire on. How tough is it to access the wheels on recent MTH Premier F3s. I have a set from 2008 that needs a complete traction tire replacement.

Page 14 (give or take) of your owner's manual covers it.

It's basically the same as it's always been.
