Has anyone been successful using the MTH online parts diagrams and ordering a part on line?

I have never seen a non-grayed out gear to see a parts diagram. And even when I have the part's number, going thru the ordering steps produces nothing at the end. No order, no charge to my card, nothing. Just curious. I guess I'll give up on it.

Lionel's site is super, never a problem.

I never have luck online. Aside from the security certificate being expired there's no parts diagram available for my trains.

This doesn't seem to be a good time to contact Midge either as her voice mail message states she is away from her desk preparing for a train show (I wonder what that could mean). You can leave a message and she'll likely get back to you; Midge is pretty efficient at answering her voice mail. But I decided to give her break and just send an e-mail. If I don't hear back from her I'll give her a call after the repercussions from York have settled down.
