Has anyone been successful using the MTH online parts diagrams and ordering a part on line?
I have never seen a non-grayed out gear to see a parts diagram. And even when I have the part's number, going thru the ordering steps produces nothing at the end. No order, no charge to my card, nothing. Just curious. I guess I'll give up on it.
Lionel's site is super, never a problem.

I got that too, but went ahead anyway. Didn't work though. The certificate expired in 2011.
The technician parts ordering works, but I tried logging into the consumer parts ordering and it just sits there at the login. Yes, I have an account there, but it just stalls at the login.
I did just fine, but that was close to 6 years ago. About a year ago, I went to order more parts, but ended up ordering them over the phone with Midge because I needed more info before placing the order.
). You can leave a message and she'll likely get back to you; Midge is pretty efficient at answering her voice mail. But I decided to give her break and just send an e-mail. Yeah, MTH online ordering is a no-go for me too; some error message or other. Last tried
it about 3 months ago. Too bad - I use Lionel's all the time for project parts. I'd love
to give MTH some of that business.
Don't even bother with trying to order parts online. Nothing but frustrating. Call them up if you need parts.
Same here, it's futile. And as noted above, all the gears are grayed-out so how do we know what parts we need or the part numbers?
