I recently received a damaged car from a eBay dealer. I called the parts dept at MTH and got a call back the same day from Midge. She stated the parts were available and she kept me informed of billing and shipping through out the process. Dealing with Midge was a pleasure as she was both polite and professional.

Buying retail parts through Midge is usually a very smooth affair, try buying them on the dealer side.

On the dealer side, I think they are finally getting their act together. I finally received some wiring harnesses I had on order over a year! My back order page is ZERO! Finally.
