Mth quillable whistle issue

Hello! On my ps3 PRR Y3, I’ve discovered an odd issue. I just set up my W. I. U. and was running the big girl and noticed the bell only works maybe 10% of the time when the button is hit when the playable whistle is turned on. Turn it off and the bell works 100% of the time I hit the button. Is it suppose to be like that?

How is your track signal?

It also sounds like a similar issue that was with an older software release. Is everything up to date?

Signal is a 10 in all places and the WIU is on version 1.1
