Did MTH offer a RR Club for 2020 with a unique embossed membership card?

They did, depending on what you mean by unique(nothing about the 40th anniversary, and obviously nothing about the closure). It's got I believe a Big Boy as the picture.

I found my membership card and pin in the end of the box for one of the cars I ordered.
