Down, John.
Can not get in.

It's been down for at least several days, I wonder what's happening?
Over the past couple of days its gotten slower and slower where now it just times out. Occasionally half a page will load. Then no response.
Denial of service attack??
Pete
Yep, something is not right, because there's no service!
I have tried it today and does not load.
John, I just got on the home page. No movement within.
Hello guys and gals........
the MTH web page is back try railking.com, took few minutes to pop up. try it
Tiffany
Just tried it again and got about 5 clicks in. Just takes about a minute to load each page.

Still no joy, and the web site checker noted above still can't get on either. I think there is a sign of life as I got the tab that says HOME | MTH ELECTRIC TRAINS, but it's just sitting there waiting.
I needed to get on it today to get the WiFi firmware upgrade software and WiFi manual. It runs but REALLY slow. Something has screwed up access to the server their site is stored on. Patience has paid off and my WiFi runs great! Now when will MTH release the Pro version of the software so I can have track voltage control?
I got in after waiting about five minutes. They seriously need to fix that!
It should pop up a box/page that says "CHECK TRACK"
ERROR PAGE NOT ON WEBSITE
Worked ok for me.
It's extremely slow....
It's the weekend. The issue probably won't be addressed until Monday morning.
It was/is down for me. I needed a wiring diagram for an accessory while on site at the museum yesterday. No joy! Tried today and may have only found a cached version of the manual, site not working. Oh well, I have what I need.
Hopefully they are upgrading the server(s). They should be able to keep the site up on a virtual server while performing maintenance on the primary.
They're down. If someone is friendly with MTH and has an insider's email, you should let them know to reboot the server that hosts their website. It's fast, so doing it on the weekend is easy. It might work and it can't hurt. If it doesn't work, someone in their IT department can look at it when they're next in.
It's too bad, I was going to order 310 items costing $2000+ each directly from their website, but now I'm out of the mood. (Kidding.)

It's sort of up this morning, but when I did a search for a locomotive type, none of the graphics were appearing on the results page, so obviously something is not right yet. I just tried again and after about 30 seconds I have the home page. When I searched for a locomotive, I got this, note no graphics. Another 30 or so seconds and the graphics appeared. It's still working on something on the page after more than a minute later!
Seems to be working fine now, from here anyway. I just tried a search for BNSF and several other pages and they all popped right up.
A good breakfast is always good for getting things re-started in the morning!!...even the hamsters powering websites!
Yep, they appear to be back, working normally now.
Site has been slow for awhile, tried 3 different browsers, all other sites are normal. No access today at all.

It's been up and down a lot, don't know what they're doing there.
