Is anyone else having a problem registering an item using the online MTH Warranty Registration Process? I enter all the data on the first screen, then hit enter to enter the item info and I get a Windows error message.
Last month I called MTH and was told they would be implementing a new website soon and the problem would be resolved at that time. I assume this is still the old website?

Same problem here.
I had this problem a couple of months ago when registering a couple of items. I e-mailed MTH customer service and was told that there was an issue with the web-site and I could e-mail my information to customer service and they would take care of it for me. I did that and they e-mailed back that they had my info.
Had same problem Thursday registering my EVO set. used contact us, sent info to debbie@mth-railking.com and she will record in their database info, until error in system corrected.
Sad to say that glitch has existed for months and months. I last tried to register an MTH item about 6-7 months ago and ran into this problem. Granted, they may have fixed it and it went south again, but I think this is a long-term problem.
