MTH WiFi how to operate Lionel Track Power Controler

The Ford Model Railroad Club has 2 Track Power Controller - Engine 7 & 8. I can operate TMCC and Legacy engines from my notepad. How do I operate the TPC using this system. Control required is power up down, power off to reverse engine etc. Thanks Bruce
